Pricing plans and limits

How the Core and Pro plans differ, what is unlimited on every plan, and which limits only apply to Core.

Tidyflow has two plans, Core and Pro, both priced per user with a discount for annual billing. Every plan starts with a free trial with full access, no credit card required. The pricing page always has the current prices and the full plan comparison.

Is there a maximum number of clients, jobs, or users?

No. Clients, jobs, contacts, and team members are unlimited on every plan. You are only billed for the users you add.

Are contacts billed as users?

No. Contacts are your clients’ people, and they do not count toward your subscription. There is no additional cost for adding contacts or giving them client portal access.

What limits does the Core plan have?

Core includes everything you need to run client work, with workspace-level limits on a few configuration items, such as job templates, job tags, and automations. These limits apply per workspace, not per user. Pro removes them and adds advanced features like conditional logic on client request forms. The pricing page lists the exact numbers and the full feature split side by side.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Billing is managed by the workspace owner under Settings. You can update your payment details at any time, and cancel whenever you like. See Update credit card information and Cancellation of subscription.
