Finding Your Way Around Tidyflow

Get familiar with the key sections of Tidyflow, in the order they appear in the sidebar.

Inbox

Your command center for notifications, including comments, job updates, completed client actions, and your connected email.

Clients

Manage client details and view each client’s Jobs, Time, Notes, Files, Contacts, and Client Requests. Clients represent the businesses, individuals, or families you work for. The Contacts list sits alongside it: contacts are the individual people linked to your clients, so Jane Bennett might be a contact who is a shareholder of Nova Enterprises.

Jobs

Jobs represent individual pieces of work for your clients. They help you organize, assign, and track progress. Break a job down into subtasks and client requests, attach files, and collaborate with your team through comments. See What is a Job?

Files

All client files in one place, including everything received through upload links and the client portal. This is also where you copy your firm’s upload link.

Billing

Invoices, recurring invoices, proposals, and WIP (unbilled time) live here.

Reports

Reporting across your jobs, time, and billing, so you can see how the firm is tracking.

Settings

Manage your profile, users, tags, job templates, integrations, subscription, and custom fields. This is where you configure Tidyflow to fit your workflows.

The + button

At the top of the sidebar, the + button quickly adds new jobs, clients, contacts, and users, composes email, uploads files, and creates invoices.
