Recommended first steps
- Add users. Get your team on board by adding users to Tidyflow, so everyone has access to the clients and jobs they need.
- Import clients. Bring your existing client list across from QuickBooks Online or Xero, import a CSV, or add clients manually.
- Set up tags. Create a set of tags to categorize and filter your jobs. Tags can reflect work type (Payroll, Bookkeeping, Tax), priority, or stage.
- Set up job templates. Build job templates for your recurring work, so new jobs start with the right steps every time.
- Create jobs from your templates. Apply the templates to your clients to generate the work itself, and you are up and running. See Add a Job.
