Getting Started

Quick Start

  1. Add users. Get your team on board by adding users to Tidyflow, so everyone has access to the clients and jobs they need.
  2. Import clients. Bring your existing client list across from QuickBooks Online or Xero, import a CSV, or add clients manually.
  3. Set up tags. Create a set of tags to categorize and filter your jobs. Tags can reflect work type (Payroll, Bookkeeping, Tax), priority, or stage.
  4. Set up job templates. Build job templates for your recurring work, so new jobs start with the right steps every time.
  5. Create jobs from your templates. Apply the templates to your clients to generate the work itself, and you are up and running. See Add a Job.
