Follow a Client and Get Notifications

Want to stay in the loop when a client contact uploads files? You can follow a client in Tidyflow to receive Inbox notifications whenever a contact uploads a file to a Shared Folder in that client’s Files section.

How to Follow a Client

1. Go to the Clients section in the sidebar.
2. Select the client you want to follow.
3. Click the ⭐ Follow icon at the top, next to the client’s name.

Once you’re following a client, you’ll automatically receive inbox notifications when a contact uploads a file to a Shared Folder under that client.

What You’ll Be Notified About

Currently, you’ll be notified only when:

• A client contact uploads a file to a Shared Folder.

⚠️ Files uploaded by internal users or into private folders do not trigger notifications.

How to Unfollow a Client

To stop receiving notifications:

• Click the ⭐ icon again to unfollow the client.
